In order to transport our customers' passengers from their origin to their destination on a safely and timely manner we have to offer our services in a warm, understanding, professional surrounding which carry high value for our passengers, guests. For realization of this goal with respect to their requirements, we work as a professional team who always try to go beyond their expectation.
We at NORDWIND AIRLINES have two main approaches: the “passenger-focused” approach which is directly related to our passengers' flying on our aircraft and “customer-focused” approach which deals with the relation between the management of NORDWIND and tour-operators which are our main customers.
The “passenger-focused” and “customer-focused” approaches for us start with the true understanding of our passengers' and customers' needs and requirements. In accordance with these concepts every member of NORDWIND AIRLINES, all the way from upper management to the operational personnel, may take initiative for bringing fast solutions to these needs, requirements and always performs with the basic mission in mind. We believe in the responsibility in taking part in the decisions, relating to passengers' safely, comfortably travelling process and passing on the necessary information to passengers and customers at every stage.
